How to identify signs of substance abuse for people in our care. Annette Wollerman, an inpatient counselor from Lutheran Social Services, will discuss the Inpatient Chemical Dependency Program, the definition of substance abuse, and identifying signs of dependency. She also will discuss the risk factors of substance abuse when people are grieving.
