Your caregiving journey has concluded. Now what?
You spent substantial time helping someone through their final days. Now that they’re gone, how do you move through your grief and renew your own life? We can help you figure it out.
A licensed clinician supervises all programs and will assist you to determine your needs. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the services listed below.

INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT
Individual grief services include meeting with a clinician for short-term, individual grief counseling, or with an extensively trained FVHH volunteer.
The work with a FVHH volunteer focuses on facilitating a grief companion relationship. They provide a listening and supportive ear while identifying additional resources to help during this difficult time. We recommend meeting with a volunteer if you have made progress in your grief process already but need ongoing support.
GROUP PROGRAMS
Life After Caregiving addresses topics such as navigating through grief and the loss of your role as a caregiver. This is an open group held at Arden Courts of Geneva. Registration is required.
