Available Opportuities

This person will be responsible for planning and overseeing bereavement and patient care services along with coordinating and maintaining the Medicare Hospice partnerships we have developed. The incumbent will be supervising Clinical Staff, Social Work Interns, Bereavement and Patient Care Volunteers.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

  • Social Work: 3 years (Required)

Education:

  • Master’s (Required)

License:

  • LCSW or LCPC (Required)
