We are happy to announce the addition of Beverly DeJovine as the Executive Director of Fox Valley Hands of Hope!

Bev brings a wealth of corporate executive experience to the organization after serving in senior roles with Nielsen and McDonald’s Corporation. She has been a highly involved and valued member of our Board of Directors since 2016, most recently holding the position of Vice President and Secretary.” said Jack Saylors, President, Fox Valley Hands of Hope Board of Directors. “Her direct experience with our organization, clients, donors, and the local community make her well-positioned to run our organization and the unique programs we provide.”

DeJovine is the founder of BD Strategic Frameworks, an organizational development firm helping businesses harness good organizational ideas into actionable outcomes. Previously, she was Nielsen’s Global Vice President of Talent Strategy, where she was responsible for building the readiness of the top leaders to take on their next-level roles. DeJovine also served as Chief of Staff for McDonald’s Worldwide Operations and Systems, and in senior positions with Perrone-Ambrose Associates and ADP.

DeJovine is a graduate of Northern Illinois University and holds a post-graduate degree in Organization Development from Loyola University of Chicago.

Fox Valley Hands of Hope works to enhance the quality of life and to provide hope to those experiencing grief or life-threatening illnesses. The organization’s staff and trained volunteers continuously provide unsurpassed support to those needing hope and compassionate care. Originally founded in 1981 as Fox Valley Hospice, Fox Valley Hands of Hope remains dedicated to providing practical, spiritual and emotional support to individuals and families who are dealing with loss of life or a life-threatening illness. Fox Valley Hands of Hope is supported entirely by the community, and all services are available without charge.
